PRICES

All prices are per room, in double occupancy, in Mexican pesos. All prices are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this brochure and other documents provided to you along with your travel documents. The prices in this brochure apply within the Mexican Republic. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, if you have a confirmed reservation with a deposit, or if you have already made full payment, the price will not be subject to change. The price does not include airfare or transfers, unless specifically indicated. Expenses of a personal nature are not included, such as sports activities, excursions, drinks at the bar, etc. Prices are based on the number of nights. Children under 6 years old must share the room with their parents. Hotel Casa Santo Tomás may request verification of the age of the children.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAYS AT HOTEL CASA SANTO TOMÁS.

Reserve your vacation with your travel agent or by visiting our website hotelcasasantotomas.com by completing the corresponding form.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES.

Guests will be able to access check-in from 03:00 P.M. (local time), please note that if you arrive before this time your room may not be immediately available. Check out time is usually at 12:00AM. You can request a later check-out time, at an additional cost; however, it is not guaranteed and must be requested once you are at Hotel Casa Santo Tomás.

RECORD

All guests must register with the administration, properly and appropriately, it is necessary to present an official identification.

Only the person or persons who previously registered with the administration may stay at Hotel Casa Santo Tomás.

Guests may receive visits during open hours, previously authorized by themselves, guests as guests may not enter the rooms of registered guests.

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Deposits: A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be made, per room, plus the packages and activities contracted at the time of your reservation in order to confirm said reservation and avoid its automatic cancellation.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Bank deposits without commission in Santander, specified at the time of your reservation.
Interbank transfers to the CLABE specified at the time of your reservation.
Cash received directly at the reception of Hotel Casa Santo Tomás.
Online payments via PayPal.
When you arrive at Hotel Casa Santo Tomás you can make your bank by VISA or MASTERCARD bank card.

PROCESS

At the time of making your deposit or transfer, it is necessary to send a copy of the deposit slip or scanned receipt to the email [email protected] with the following information:

Name of the person responsible for the reservation
Names of people traveling
Arrival and departure dates

The payment of the reservation must be made within 48 business hours after receipt of the availability confirmation email sent by Hotel Casa Santo Tomás. The rest must be covered upon arrival of the guest in Oaxaca, at the facilities of Hotel Casa Santo Tomás.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that the payment corresponding to the reservation is not received on time, it will be automatically canceled and the room will be declared free. In case of cancellations on reservation, the cancellation will be subject to charges as follows:

Cancellations from 7 to 1 day before 40%
Cancellations from 7 days onwards 30%
No Show Fee 50%
If the paid days are not occupied 100%

Modifications of any kind (including, but not limited to, a change in the arrival date at Hotel Casa Santo Tomás) will be treated as cancellation and the corresponding charges will be applied, which will be subject to collection operations. Name substitutions will be accepted in the same room. Cancellation charges during special events and promotions, long weekends and holidays may vary; consult your travel agent for detailed information.

GROUPS

Policies for deposits, payments and cancellations for groups of more than 15 people may vary and are analyzed on an individual basis. For more information consult your travel agent or directly with Hotel Casa Santo Tomás.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Proof of citizenship, passports, visas, tourist cards, health regulations and vaccinations (when required) and compliance with customs regulations are the responsibility of each member. Hotel Casa Santo Tomás will not be responsible for the cancellation or delay in arrival in Oaxaca or the rooms, for cancellation charges, taxes or additional costs as a result of not having your necessary travel documents. Each member must confirm all information directly with the corresponding consulate, government representative or embassy well in advance of their trip.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Those under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Please note that special requirements will apply in the case of a minor traveling with a guardian or only one parent, including but not limited to notarized permission from the parent. There are special requirements and restrictions for groups under 21 years of age, such as the proportion of companions of legal age, deposits for damages and others. Request more information.

CHILDREN

The age and rates of children are included in the rate per night per room, with the condition of maximum occupancy of 2 adults and one child under 12 years. Children under 6 years of age must stay in the same room as their parents.

ALCOHOLIC DRINKS

Hotel Casa Santo Tomás reserves the right to deny the sale and/or service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the policies and legal age restrictions applicable in the Mexican Republic and reserves the right to limit or deny the member’s right to introduce alcoholic beverages to Hotel Casa Santo Tomás for consumption within its facilities.

ACTIVITIES

Members are not required to participate in the activities recommended by Hotel Casa Santo Tomás. Activities, excursions or sports practice of any kind imply a risk of physical injuries greater than those of everyday life. If a member participates in any activity, they will do so at their own risk. You must exercise all necessary care and caution, taking into account the nature of the activity, the terrain, the location, the weather, the participants and other circumstances. The member must ensure that he is physically fit to participate in such activities. Hotel Casa Santo Tomás reserves the right to exclude members from participation in certain activities if such participation represents a risk to the member or other members.

CIVIL LIABILITY

We, Hotel Casa Santo Tomás located at Abasolo #305, Centro Oaxaca, do not own, manage or operate any transportation vehicle, cruise ship, restaurant or any other service provider.

Neither Hotel Casa Santo Tomás nor any of its collaborators, promoters or travel agents assume responsibility for claims, actions, lawsuits, injuries, losses or damages resulting from the actions of third parties, contractors, service providers, including without limitation, reservations , transportation, hotel, food or tourism services, failure of aircraft or watercraft or any other means of transportation, missed connections, lost or stolen items, costs or expenses resulting from injury or loss of gambling, accident or death, quarantine, riot , government restrictions or regulations, damage, loss or delay of luggage or other property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, disappointment, mechanical breakdown, government action, strike, lockout, war, terrorism, weather, acts of God, force major or other factors or causes beyond our control. Hotel Casa Santo Tomás, guests and collaborators are protected by Civil Responsibility insurance.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Under no circumstances may dangerous items such as controlled substances, weapons, explosives, cylinders containing compressed air or combustible substances be brought into Hotel Casa Santo Tomás, whether in luggage or otherwise. The consumption of illegal substances within the facilities, or any breach of Oaxaca regulations or when required by federal regulations, is strictly prohibited. Hotel Casa Santo Tomás reserves the right to refuse to allow any member to introduce into the facilities of Hotel Casa Santo Tomás any article that is considered inappropriate or dangerous. Animals are not allowed (with the exception of service animals for members with special needs). Property that could be lost or stolen must be immediately reported to the Hotel Casa Santo Tomás Reception. In the absence of negligence of the member neither Hotel Casa Santo Tomás nor the collaborators will be responsible for any loss, robbery, theft and/or damage. In any case, the responsibility of Hotel Casa Santo Tomás for loss, damage or theft of property will be limited to $1,500 pesos M.N. or in accordance with local Oaxaca law, whichever is less.

CHANGES OF DATE, ITINERARY OR PROGRAM

The operators of Hotel Casa Santo Tomás reserve the right to withdraw or modify excursions, itineraries, programs, sports activities or facilities at any time without prior notice and without liability. During holidays or local or national bridges abroad, some facilities such as museums, tourism excursions or activities may be limited in space and time. In the case of strikes, lockouts, riots, weather conditions, mechanical problems or any other reason, Hotel Casa Santo Tomás may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or divert any service and will have no obligation with any member for any loss, by reason of said cancellation, advance, postponement, diversion or substitution.

REFUSAL TO TRAVEL

At any time, a member may be asked to leave Hotel Casa Santo Tomás without the right to a refund in the event of:

Not being able to travel and stay
There is risk or danger to your person
Disturb or endanger other guests. In such case, the guest will not be entitled to any refund and the member will be responsible for all lodging, food, beverages or other expenses incurred.
Failure to morality and applicable regulations in the State of Oaxaca.

 

CLAIMS OR DEMANDS

The member agrees that: (I) any claim related to their stay will be null and void, unless it is submitted in writing and sent by certified mail with acknowledgment of receipt to Abasolo #305 Centro, Oaxaca, within the following 60 days from your departure from the hotel, (II) legal procedures prescribe when they are not filed within one (1) year after the start of your stay, (III) any dispute between the guest and Hotel Casa Santo Tomás will be litigated, if perhaps, in and before a court located in the State of Oaxaca, excluding the courts of any other state, territory or country.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Hotel Casa Santo Tomás and the operators have the exclusive right to include photographs, videos and other visual portraits of the member in any graphic media of any nature for marketing, advertising, sales, publicity or other purposes and all rights, titles and interests therein contents (including the worldwide reserved rights derived therein) will be the property of Hotel Casa Santo Tomás, without there being any demand or claim by the member.

MISTAKES

Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy at the time of printing, Hotel Casa Santo Tomás is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. The information in this brochure supersedes any previously printed material. Hotel Casa Santo Tomás is not responsible for verbal promises.

VALIDITY OF THE PROGRAMS:

The programs and prices described in this brochure will be valid as mentioned in this brochure.
